Cassava leaves are green with a long and pointed shape. They are used in cooking to prepare sauces. Their taste is similar to spinach.

The name cassava refers to the roots as well as the rest of the plant. Its leaf is edible and quite long and pointed.

Our cassava leaf powder is produced in Guinea by local women producers with the NGO KDF which ensures a fair remuneration for these women.
