Tapioca is a starch obtained from the cassava root. The water extracted from the cassava pulp is evaporated to obtain a very fine white powder which is tapioca starch.

Our tapioca is produced in Guinea by local women producers with the NGO KDF which ensures a fair remuneration of these women.
