Cassava flour is derived from the root of the cassava plant. Cassava flour is used in the preparation of desserts, porridges or purees. Cassava is gluten-free and is a healthy food that promotes weight loss.

Cassava flour is obtained from the cassava root. It is dried and then reduced to a powder to obtain this flour. It is a particularly important element of the gastronomy of West African countries, where it originates, allowing the preparation of certain traditional dishes such as tö (puree).

Cassava is naturally gluten-free and provides many benefits for the body, thanks to its rich nutritional properties. It is an ally in healthy weight loss, thanks to its satiating action and its particular composition. It is very digestible and constitutes an excellent alternative to traditional flours.

Our cassava flour is produced in Guinea by local women producers with the NGO KDF which ensures a fair remuneration for these women.
